Before joining Beranbaum Menken, Ms. Cretcher clerked for the Honorable Timothy S. Black of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Ms. Cretcher earned her B.A. magna cum laude with honors in Gender and Sexuality Studies from New York University in 2007. She graduated cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2012, where she was the Editor In Chief of the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law’s Annual Review. During law school, Ms. Cretcher worked at the New York Civil Liberties Union and the Servicemembers Legal Defense Network, where she focused on contraceptive equity, First Amendment, and LGBT rights issues. She was admitted to practice in New York in August of 2013.
