Menken Simpson & Rozger LLP

We are pleased to announce that Beranbaum Menken LLP is now Menken Simpson & Rozger LLP!  With the departure of John Beranbaum, we will be continuing the firm’s 23 years of success representing employees with the entire rest of our team intact. 

Bruce Menken, one of the nation’s leading employment attorneys who co-founded the firm in 1998, will continue to lead the firm going forward.  Scott Simpson, who joined the firm in 2015 and was elected partner in 2018, and Jason Rozger, who joined the firm in 2000 and was elected partner in 2007, are now named partners.

The firm’s associate attorneys, Brenna Rabinowitz and Raya F. Saksouk, will continue their stellar work serving our clients, and Alan Serrins, a veteran employee rights attorney, will remain Of Counsel to the firm.

 We will be announcing some exciting new additions to the firm in the next month—stay tuned for an announcement.
